1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 75bdd ("75bdd", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing 75bdd at 75bdd.net, creating a player account, depositing funds, placing bets, participating in promotions, or using any feature of the 75bdd platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 75bdd platform and close your account. 75bdd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published at 75bdd.net/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of 75bdd following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

By accepting these Terms, you also represent that you are not acting on behalf of any third party or commercial entity. You are using 75bdd solely for your own personal entertainment as an individual adult player.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 75bdd is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

75bdd takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. Any winnings accumulated during the period of suspected underage access may be withheld pending investigation. If underage access is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds returned to the verified payment source minus any applicable processing fees.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 One Account Policy

Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and any bonuses received across those accounts will be cancelled. 3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us at [email protected] immediately and change your password. 75bdd will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention, 75bdd may at any time request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation. This may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, or documentation confirming ownership of a payment method. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and approved. KYC processing typically completes within 48 hours of document submission.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no fixed maximum deposit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your 75bdd account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the respective payment provider.
• 75bdd does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 75bdd accepts no responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on the platform. 75bdd reserves the right to review accounts where deposited funds are withdrawn without meaningful play activity, as this may indicate misuse of the payment system.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• 75bdd reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. This may include requesting KYC documentation if not previously submitted.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or outside standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours may experience processing delays.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general provisions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. You must complete the stated wagering requirement within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period and will be removed from your account.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

75bdd operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, placing low-risk opposing bets across accounts to guarantee wagering completion, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, and withdrawing before meeting stated wagering conditions. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended, bonus funds cancelled, and winnings derived from abusive activity may be voided.

5.3 Promotional Eligibility

75bdd reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe a player does not meet the eligibility criteria for that offer. Promotions are intended for recreational players making genuine deposits for entertainment purposes. 75bdd may adjust, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, giving reasonable notice where possible.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games offered on 75bdd — including live casino tables, RNG slot games, fishing games, bingo rooms, and sports betting markets — are subject to the individual game rules published within the respective game interface. The following general rules apply to all gameplay activity on 75bdd.

6.1 Game Fairness

Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on 75bdd's side, the affected bet amount will be returned to the player's account balance. 75bdd accepts no liability for losses caused by a player's own internet or device failure.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. The applicable limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market. 75bdd reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. Professional or syndicate betting at levels that exceed standard recreational play may result in maximum stake restrictions being applied to a specific account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 75bdd. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using 75bdd to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or using the platform to cycle funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole-card information in live poker or deliberately losing to transfer funds between accounts.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

75bdd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7, failure to pass KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or a formal request from the account holder.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your 75bdd account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Upon receiving your closure request, we will process the closure within 24 hours. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable cash through completion of wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

8.3 Platform-Initiated Closure

Where 75bdd closes an account due to a terms violation, any balance attributable to irregular activity may be withheld pending investigation. 75bdd will notify the account holder of the closure and the general grounds, subject to any legal or investigative constraints that may prevent full disclosure. Decisions regarding account closure resulting from fraud, money laundering, or criminal conduct are final and not subject to the standard complaints process.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 75bdd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. 75bdd's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
